What Did We Hear Last Week?
Last week, we heard from McDonalds Store Owner and inclusive employer, Nicole Tansey!
Nicole shared her full circle story of working her way up through the McDonalds workforce from an entry level position in high school, moving up and working there through college and graduate school, to making a career out of it and now owning a McDonalds store in Tulsa! She has been an incredible inclusive employer throughout her time as a leader with the company, and has paved the way as a model any other McDonalds location, business, or employer can follow when it comes to opening their minds and their doors to inclusively employing people who live with different abilities!
